A Kiosk is an interactive kiosk that allows customers and visitors to do a crossword puzzle while they wait in line at a participating restaurant, art gallery or other such establishment. The customers use the device to enter the desired word and then wait as the puzzle is solved by the machine. The machines often come with an electronic signal that signals when it has completed the puzzle. Customers and visitors can also play a variation of the crossword puzzle by guessing the correct word and receiving points. There are many different Kiosk businesses that display this popular game.
Kiosk businesses all over are taking advantage of this new twist on an old game. The kiosk businesses are advertising to their customers the fact that they will be solving a puzzle using the newest technology. The machines will be functioning via wireless internet connections so customers can log on at any time and solve the puzzle. They will have the option to choose the level of difficulty for the puzzle. Most of the puzzle kiosks are equipped with a learning calculator so that the customers can solve problems as they learn.
Kiosk businesses are advertising to families as well. They are providing a way for children and adults to play a fun word game that provides unlimited enjoyment. The kiosk business is targeting the high definition computer market that wants an easy to remember puzzle that is multi-colored and includes many letters. This type of puzzle requires that the user inputs only one letter. The machine will then complete the word based on the clues that have been supplied. Since each word can only have a maximum of three letters, the game requires the player to come up with words that fit into the correct positions on the grid.
In order to play the puzzle, customers need to place their finger on the screen. Then the screen will signal an item drop down. The customer is asked to pick one of the puzzle pieces. Then the item will drop to reveal a list of possible words that fit the given grid. To make the game more fun, customers can use their voice to indicate the correct word.
Kiosk’s goal is to provide a fun, challenging experience for its customers. However, it is important to note that the puzzle solving game does require the customer’s time in order to win the game. Therefore, the company realizes that to make the puzzle solving more exciting for customers, the company will need to add more words to the list and give customers a way to indicate their correct answers.
Currently the kiosk only contains a standard word game. It is not currently offering other types of word games such as jigsaw puzzles. However, other enhancements are in the works. In order to accommodate other word games such as Hangman or other types of word puzzles, the kiosk is planning to add puzzle pieces to various parts of the kiosk. Therefore, it will be available in the near future.
